Many new singers surface at the Danish music scene each year, and many of them vanish as fast as they popped up. Fortunately the most talentet stars, having more to offer than a pretty face or a smart gimmic, remain on the scene and manage to develop artisticly, - even though they didn't seem to last long at the start of their carrer.
One of the new artists that I believe to face a great future in the music business is the young and gifted Anna David. She has not merely the pretty looks, the talent and the voice, but also the personality to be a big future star.

This noon at Portalen she acted very vivid and charming, and she already seems to be an experienced performer. Anna was backed by a batch of brilliant musicians. I was amazed by seeing this young artists giving the classic Aretha Franklyn song, Natural Woman, in such a passionate way. Not since soul Diva Monique, I've heard it performed so excellently. Other highlights was the moving version of Når Ingen Andre Rør Dig and of course, Fuck Dig.

I predict Anna David to become one of the greatest Danish stars of tomorrow if she continues to develop her soulfull vocals.
