In my opinion Pumpehuset has the best sound of all Copenhagen concert halls due to the wooden construction and placement of the public addressed loudspeekers. So I concentrated about recording the sound on DAT tape, instead of taking pictures.
This demands that I'm stuck on one spot all during the performance. Though I had my camera in my pocket, I didn't make one single shot.
Later I happend to get in contact with another Freya-fan, Anders Faczinek-Beckmann, who had taken a couple of photos at the concert, so I got it covered anyway.

During the concert I saw a person with a long tele-zoom lens, so I contacted him after the concert and asked him if I could buy a copy of his photos and so I did.
Carsten makes his photographs in black/white and use the available light, thus his pictures turn out a little shaky, which is a deliberate effect.
