Brett Perkins' Listening Room Concert
Brett Perkins, Angu, Louise Hart,
Sascha Dupont and Amalie Riis

Cafekino, Copenhagen

19. April 2007

This was my second time to attend a Listening Room Concert (first time: see here). For a long time I've had an appointment to take some live-photos of Louise Hart and Sascha Dupont, and this event gave me an opportunity to do so.

Unfortunately the lights at Cafekino is the worst imaginable for a photographer. So the result was poor. I wouldn't disturb the artists and the audience, so I didn't use the flash, though only the few flash-photos I did, are the only ones I'm satisfied with.

Never mind,
we had a nice time in the company with these talentet singer-songwriters. I'll put no set list on as I'm not familiar with the songtitles. Some of them were written only 10 and 13 days ago, so they may even not have a title yet.
Sascha gave tree songs from her most recent album, Don't Dare To Fall, Better Things To Do and Mad About You and some newly created songs co-written with Rick Garcia and Ralph McCarthy a.o.

This evening's guest artist was Amalie Riis, who gave a really beautiful song. I contacted her afterwards to tell her that I liked her voice, and maybe I'll work with her some day?

In the backstage room I got my a signature at my albumcovers of the present artists.
